INFORMATION ABOUT COLLECTING, STORING AND PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The data provided by the user at the time of using lettera27 services will be recorded on electronic databases owned by lettera27, that will be the holder for treatment. 
The personal data will be used by respecting the lettera27 principles of privacy protection established by Italian Legislative Decree No 196, 30 June 2003 and other rules on the matter. 
This information pertains to the personal data sent to us while using special services (posting messages, sending postcards, etc), in the follows named Services. 

The personal information requested is divided into two categories: mandatory and optional informations, 
as shown in the application process and request activation of Services. 
The provision of mandatory informations and its treatment are closely correlated to performance of services indicated. 
Refusal to provide such data or any denial to consent to their treatment will make impossible to use the services at lettera27
Other data collected are used to help lettera27 to offer better service. Compared to them, you are free to provide or not. 

lettera27 submit personal information to all operations 
identified by D. Legislative Decree 196/2003 - that is, the collection, recording, 
organization, storage, processing, editing, selecting, extracting, comparison, use, interconnection and any other activities 
useful to supply the services requested, including the disclosure to third parties, if necessary -- 
automated and computerized. These data may also be organized in databases or archives. 
In particular, the purposes of the processing of personal data are the follows:

-- Providing Services; 
-- Check the quality of Services offered; 
-- Meet market research and statistics, marketing and product preferences; 
-- Go back to authors of any illegal only in case of specific requests and to the competent authorities.  
-- Provide information and / or offers on products, services or initiatives offered or 
promoted by lettera27 and / or affiliates and / or subsidiaries, as well as from 
commercial partners and outsourcers, without transferring of personal data to third parties; 

You can access your personal data at any time and exercise rights 
specified in Art. 7, D. Lgs. 196/2003. 
lettera27 informs that, pursuant to art. 7 of D. Lgs. 196/2003: 

-- You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of data 
concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication 
in an intelligible form. 

-- You have the right to be informed about: 
A) the source of personal data; 
B) the purpose and methods of treatment; 
C) the logic applied in the case of processing by electronic tools; 
D) the identity of the holder and the persons responsible for the processing of your personal data 
In accordance with article 5, paragraph 2; 
E) the people or categories of people to whom the data may be disclosed or who may come into possession as a representative 
designated in the State, managers or agents. 

--You have the right to obtain: 
A) updating, correction or, if interested in, integration data; 
B) the cancellation, making anonymous or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept 
for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; 
C) certification that the operations in a) and b) have been made 
known to those whose data have been communicated, unless this requirement is impossible or is a manifestly disproportionate 
respect the protected right
 
-- You have the right to oppose, in whole or in part: 
A) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning you, even if 
relevant to the purpose of collection; 
B) the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending material 
advertising or direct sales or for carrying out market research or 
commercial communications.
